Asthma

Struggling?

Am I dying?  I understand what it is like to feel like you can't breathe deeply enough to get enough air.  It makes you feel helpless, like being underwater in free air.  Maybe there is a squeezing, pressing, crushing feeling inside your ribs.  When that happens, and you feel the familiar panic, it feels like nothing you do is enough.

If you can get to your inhaler, it helps you to be calm.  This solves the problem, temporarily.  But the problem never goes away.  Have you ever had an attack when you can't get to your inhaler?  Are you happy with this situation? Would you like to be able to provide yourself relief without your inhaler? Would you like a better life without asthma?

There is an effective, low cost, drug free solution

I believe that you do not have to be held back from doing what you like to do by asthma.  This is because I have watched my family members, clients and colleagues effectively stop both their asthma attacks and use of medications.  I, too, had exertion-induced asthmatic symptoms.  Read my story here.  When we are able to change the way we breathe, our need for air transforms.

Asthma is a problem that causes constriction of the lungs.  Often, when I look at a person who suffers from asthma, I find that their breathing rate and mechanics need help.  When we change these things, the desperate need for air decreases.  Clinical studies have shown that asthma symptoms are reduced within two to three weeks of breath retraining.  In time, many of my clients find that their asthma symptoms completely go away.

The breath retraining that I teach has been clinically tested and verified as effective for asthma by Russian, Australian, British and American (Dept. of Health and Human Services) governments  It works both for adults and children.  Learn more by reading my blog or in the articles section of this website.
