Breathing Evaluation

In this $75, 75-minute meeting, a thorough history is taken and we evaluate your breathing patterns relative to established norms.  This will clarify for you where you stand in terms of breathing health and whether and what kind of breathing retraining is appropriate for you.  Call me today to ask questions and arrange your appointment!

Standard Breathing Class

A standard breathing class is preceded by a breathing evaluation and takes ten hours in 5 2-hour individual classes, over a period of a week or two.  It costs $395 and includes two follow-up phone calls and a follow-up individual class.
